Diversity and Diversity Management

Dr. Gabriele Sauberer, Executive Secretary of TermNet, hold a presentation about Diversity and Social Responsibility focusing on Diversity Management, CSR and ISO 26000.

Starting her presentation, she asked participants to brainstorm and to provide their own definitions of diversity management and social responsibility.

The participants came to similar results, which exposed an overall wrong idea about these issues.

After explaining the true meaning of diversity management (DiM), Dr. Sauberer presented the upcoming ISO 26000 standard / guidance on social responsibility as a future ISO standard at global level.
